Malaysian's Top Foods, Tourists Must Try This !!!

Yo, guys ! Welcome Back. Today, I'm gonna talk about Malaysian's top foods which very tourist must try here. The first thing you should know about Malaysians is they are more passionate about food. Although, Malaysian food doesn't get the global recognition it deserves, but the fact is the stuff is good. The sum of many delicious parts, Malaysian cuisine's influences include Chinese, Indian and malay. To help narrow your choices, here I gonna recommend some top dishes, in no particular order. 

1. Nasi lemak

 Nasi lemak is basically rice cooked in coconut milk. Depending on where you are in malaysia, it comes with a variety of accompaniments such as hard boiled egg, peanuts, vegetables, lamb / chicken / beef / seafood and sambal ( chilli based sauce ).

 2. Nasi Kandar

 Nasi Kandar is essentailly rice served with your coice of toppings, which served with your choice of toppings, which commonly inlude curry, fish, egg, and okra. Everything is laid out buffet style, though you can also order a la'carte. ( Open 24 Hrs ). 

3. Apam Balik

 A pancake-style snack wedded with the compact package of an omelet, Apam Balik is stuffed with more than a sufficient amount of sugar, peanuts and the occasional sprinkle of corn.

4. Kuih-Muih

 There are so variety of kuih or Malay-style pastries to explore. Small enough to snap up in a gulp and sugarly enough to give you a modest jitter, kuih vendors are the most colorful stalls of all.

5. Char Kuey Teow

 The flat rice noodles fried with dark & light soy sauce, de-shelled cockles, bean sprouts, Chinese chives and sometimes prawn and egg. The tastes imparted by cooking on a wok using high heat.

6. Ais Kacang ABC & Cendol

 ABC and Cendol ( ice with beans ) evolved from the humble ice ball drenched with syrup tp be the little ice mountain serves in bowl, drizzled with creamed corn, condensed milk, gula melaka, red beans and brightly colored syrups.

7. Goreng Pisang

 The deep-frying helps caramelize the natural sugars in the bananas, making them even sweeter than they were to begin with. Some of Malaysia's Chinese versions have unusually delicate and puffy batter

8. Laksa

 The broth is tart and tamarind-based, and filled with noodles, cucmber, pineapple, fresh mint, lemon grass and ginger. This dish has such an alluring combination of salty, spicy and sweet, that you're sure to be hooked as soon as you try it.

9. Roti Canai

 This must-try dish is an Indian style flatbread. Traditionally, it is eaten at breakfast and served with dhal curry or mixed sambal. If you get chance, try to watch someone making it.
